Yukari Tamura es una cantante y actriz de doblaje japonesa, actualmente afiliada a I'm Enterprise (como actriz de doblaje) y King Records (como cantante). Es conocida por su voz suave y su interés en la moda Lolita. En 1997, hizo su debut como actriz de doblaje, lanzando su sencillo debut Yuuki wo Kudasai el 26 de marzo de 1997.
