Kosuke Echigoya (越後屋 コースケ, Echigoya Kōsuke, 26 de febrero) es un actor de voz y actor japonés de la prefectura de Aichi que está afiliado a Stay Luck. En 2010, se unió a Tori Tori Office con el nombre de Inchiki Echigoya (Echigoya Inchiki). En 2016, cambió su nombre artístico a Kosuke Echigoya (越後屋コースケ). En marzo 2017, se unió a Office PAC, en donde estuvo hasta el 31 de marzo de 2023, tras lo cual se unió a Stay Luck.
